Face stock: Direct thermal paper is a kind of thermal coated paper material. It is characterized of high heat sensitivity and is quite suitable for low voltage print head which is well protected in this case. There are three layers for face stock: bottom: Base, middle: thermal why we can see the graphic on the thermal paper when heated by printing.
Glue: Categories: Emulsion, hot melt glue, removable glue.
Backing paper: Categories: glassine release paper, white paper, yellow paper, transparent paper
Shelf life: Two years stored at temp of 24'C and humidity of 50%.
Direct thermal labels can be printed without ribbon, but with ribbon can protect the print head well.
Applicative Ribbon: Wax ribbon, Wax resin ribbon, Resin ribbon.

2. What kind of design files do you accept for printing?
please provide us with the vector AI or CDR design file, if you use the PSD or JPG file.please make sure the picture resolution is higher than 400DP.
To make sure the font is right as well as avoiding the missing of symbol and words, it is better for you to outline the content.
3. Can you do the design for me?
Yes, sample design is offered for free by our professional designer, just feel free to inform us of your own ideas.
4. How long can I get my products?
Production time:8-10 days for sample or small order quantity (below 10,000 pcs).
By express:3-5 working days, such as TNT, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc.
