1. What's your lead time?
- Lead time depends on order quantity, generally 20-25 days for order below 5000 pcs. Over than 50,000 pcs please contact with sales.

2. Can you do the design for me?
- We can work with simple design for customers, if you want fully design by yourself, we can send you free template and design example for making the design.

3. What format for artwork is acceptable?
We can accept artwork in AI, PDF, CDR, PSD. Big high resolution pictures is workable for us. 
We can help you with designing too.

4. What is the payment terms?
30% deposit, the rest collected after cargo finish.We can send you picture or mass production samples after cargo finished.

5. What is the shipping way?

- We can work with ocean, air, express shipping,etc.
Generally for order below 50000 pieces we recommend ship by express. Also we can recommend you the best shipping way based on the model and quantity, please contact with sales for more information.
We have cooperated forwarder can take care of the shipping until cargo deliver in your hand.

6.How many pieces pre rolled cones I need to order to make my own brand ?
